Chris King

After years of using jumpers for goalposts in the local park, I began playing for Cavalry park at the age of 10 before moving on to play for Celtic boys club then signed by East Fife as a YTS.

My dreams then came true when I signed a professional contract at the age of 16 for Livingston FC as a full time footballer.

After 4 years at Livingston FC, full time football then became part time. I went on to play for Brechin city before moving into the junior and east of Scotland side of the game playing for Livingston , pumpherston , Broxburn , Musselburgh , Newtongrange then eventually retiring at Dunbar united .

I knew that this wouldn’t be the end of my football journey after retirement, I have to much passion and love for the game. So with the knowledge and experience I gained over the years it was time to give that back through coaching and management.

I have various coaching badges at both children’s, youth and adult level, I am pvg checked and have first aid training.
